executive coaching
Our executive coaching releases the potential of leaders and senior managers. On a one-to-one, confidential basis, it enables individuals to reflect, to more fully know themselves, to nourish their talents and motivations, and to address the barriers that can get in the way of achievement. The bespoke learning that it delivers encourages the creative resolving of dilemmas and challenges, for the long-term, and to the benefit of the organisation.
Leadership coaching
The leaders we work with want to deliver more. They know there’s something in them that has yet to be released and they’re tired of not quite getting there. Working with us they reach an understanding of who they are and how to bring the best of themselves to work while also meeting their organisational agenda. They become more authentic leaders – and they continue to build results sustainably, for themselves, their teams and their organisations.
A fantastic working relationship that balanced trusted-friend and active-challenger in a professional yet unstuffy manner. As a result, our sessions were always focused and productive, energising, enlightening, interesting, and lots of fun!
Claire was a young senior manager in a blue-chip company, whose manager wanted her to develop her leadership skills. By the end of her coaching programme Claire was planning to create a role for herself within her organisation to add value to a high-profile area on the company’s strategic agenda. Her company has retained her talent and is benefiting from her new-found focus, improved effectiveness and sense of possibility.
Career development coaching
We coach for career review, career re-focus, and for the management of career transition points (including outplacement). Our First 100 Days service maximises the return on executives’ first critical months in a new role. We create career development programmes that span workshops, coaching and alumni programmes.
It’s been great to have the knowledge and the personal development together. I’ve had the time and space to know much more clearly where I want to be, and the freedom to be allowed to focus on myself. I’m more focused and more confident. I’ve done lots of things and taken opportunities I wouldn’t have done without the course …. I wouldn’t have got my new consultant post if it hadn’t been for this programme… The programme has helped me understand better what I want and how to make a better choice. I’ve learnt how to use new techniques and strategies when I’m dealing with difficult colleagues and I’m better at conflict management….The organisation has got a better doctor who thinks more broadly and is bringing new ideas and more efficiency.

Lindsay was very thoughtful and insightful and someone with great integrity. Her style is structured, supportive and challenging – she is very skilled at creating the conditions for positive change and development. My coaching has been of the highest quality.
Louise was a senior manager, feeling demotivated, stuck, and deskilled. By the end of her coaching programme Louise said she had learnt how to bring more value to her organisation, and had gained greater clarity and confidence about her skills, abilities and future career options. Her manager remarked on Louise’s increased confidence and effectiveness, and three months after the end of the programme Louise said that, looking back, the coaching had been transformational.
Cross-cultural coaching
Our cross-cultural programmes help clients to overcome challenges involved in working across national boundaries: they learn to understand their own cultural behaviour, manage different cultures and manage themselves in interaction with those cultures.
Very personal and engaging, easy to work with and open up to. Very focused on maximising the value of each session and very creative in finding solutions to address issues the client is struggling with. Overall a great experience
As a result of his coaching programme, Peter, a CFO in a vibrant, highly challenging growth company operating transnationally, radically changed his management style: he began to capitalise significantly on his multinational and growing team operating in three countries, to plan and manage the growth of the team, and to bring to his company more of his distinctive skills and capabilities. He said at the end of the coaching programme that it had enabled him to gain a better understanding of his priorities, to develop a set of tools to support his work going forward, to become more focused professionally, and to better prioritise and delegate.
