Lindsay Wittenberg

Founder and Managing Director, Lindsay Wittenberg has been an executive coach and career coach since 2003.

Her career began in HR with Marks & Spencer plc, followed by training as a careers counsellor in the higher education sector. She then spent 13 years in Luxembourg, during which she set up and ran a human rights pressure group. On her return to the UK she set up and ran a European business development consultancy focusing on designing, accessing funding for, and managing transnational projects.

She finally found her professional passion in executive coaching in 2003.

Lindsay has a B.A. degree in Linguistics, an Advanced Diploma (with Distinction) in Professional Coaching and Mentoring from the Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring (accredited by Oxford-Brookes University), a Diploma in Performance Coaching (Business) from Newcastle College, and the Certificate in The Psychology of Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching.  She is a Certified Member of the Institute of Business Consulting.

Chris Guille-Marrett

Chris is an executive coach with over 12 years’ experience. Having trained and practised as a teacher, Chris embarked on a commercial career with Procter & Gamble Ltd in sales and sales training roles before joining Cadbury Foods as its first sales training manager. He joined Penna Sanders & Sidney as an Associate Senior Coach
supporting board level clients at the Senior Directors Unit, and in 1995 he obtained an MBA from Kingston University Business School. He joined the Masters Programme with the Academy of Executive Coaching and holds a Diploma as an Advanced Coaching Practitioner.

Carole Pemberton

Carole is a coach, workshop facilitator and author. Her career encompasses careers work with graduates, management development in the public sector, 7 years with international management consultancy PA and career and performance coaching for high potential staff, senior managers and Chief Executives. She holds the Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching of the Academy of Executive Coaching, is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, has an M.A. in Education, and is a qualified careers counsellor.

She is author and co-author of books including ‘Competitive Advantage Through Diversity’, ‘Strike a New Career Deal’. and ‘Coaching to Solutions’.

Katharine St John Brooks

A trained management consultant, coach and organisational psychologist, Katharine specialises in performance and leadership coaching. She spent over 20 years working in central Government, principally in the DTI (now Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform) and the personal and professional development arm of the Cabinet Office (now the National School of Government). She also spent two years as a senior manager in J Sainsbury plc. She holds an MSc in Organisational Behaviour, is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultancy and is licensed to use MBTI Steps I and II and NEO PI-R.

Jo Bostock

Jo has 12 years’ experience in coaching, facilitation and organisational consultancy, specialising in working with emerging leaders and high potential teams to convert raw ability into tangible results. She was previously Head of Learning & Development at the National Theatre, and her early career involved a national training role at the Prince’s Trust and recruitment consultancy in the City. She has a first class Masters Degree in Coaching, and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council’s (EMCC) Quality Award at Masters level. She is an Associate of the Professional Development Foundation, and is accredited to deliver MBTI.

Ann Lewis

Ann is an experienced coach and facilitator, with an Advanced Diploma in executive coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching (AEC). Previously a Human Resources professional, initially in manufacturing companies including Beecham Pharmaceuticals, Ann worked for 16 years in the Third Sector. From 1992 to 2002, she was Director of Human Resources for major charities, notably the children’s helpline ChildLine and the Peabody Trust, London’s biggest and oldest housing association. In 2008 she published ‘Getting Back on Track - Regaining your Confidence and Presence at Work’.
