Carole Pemberton

When you are facing change.  When times are tough.  When your career is no longer working. When confidence has taken a knock.  Those are the times when clients recognise the skills which Carole brings to her work.  She is able to support you in facing the difficulty, and enable you to find a way through.  She does this by taking  you into a helicopter from which you can see the terrain differently, and so find new ways forward.  Clients describe her approach as ‘confidence building’, and with  that confidence the actions you need to take become doable.  They typically choose Carole when:

  • The demands of a role take them outside their comfort zone
  • Their resilience has deserted them
  • They are good at what they do but are asking questions as to whether they want to do it
  • They are leading others through change, whilst finding it hard themselves

Carole holds the Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching of the Academy of Executive Coaching, is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, has an M.A. in Education, and is a qualified careers counsellor.  She is author and co-author of books including ‘Competitive Advantage Through Diversity’, ‘Strike a New Career Deal’. and ‘Coaching to Solutions’.

Barbara Frodsham

Barbara helps people to turn their thinking on its head.  She enables them to see their situations from completely new and unexpected perspectives, and to let go of their old baggage and beliefs, like a Ctrl Alt Delete for your brain.  This clean sweep allows them to think clearly, focus and decide properly what the next steps and actions are.  She believes we all have untapped abilities, talents and potential, it’s just a matter of finding and using them. She loves working with smart, successful people in large organisations – usually senior managers and leaders who want more.  Barbara is a qualified and experienced executive coach with an Advanced Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring, a European NLP Coaching Certification, and she is a professionally certified coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF PCC). She is qualified in MBTI Step 1 and 2, FIRO-B, SDI, and Lominger Voices 360. Before becoming a consultant she worked at British Airways, in a variety of customer service and leadership roles.
